And they just trip on big numbers. If they aren't big on paper, they just can't wrap their heads around things even if they are still equally good if not superior for other reasons.

Seen another leak, charger not in the box. Lost complete interest on this device.

I think 33w is fine, although not sure if the 5w wireless charging was necessary since it is too slow. I guess that they put that to justify the design. I would have preferred a 6.4 inches screen though considering that there are noticeable bezels.

Anonymous, 2 hours ago You can get an Asus phone where you c a change this type of stuff I would, if I had the money to even get one. More importantly, such beneficial features should be available to every single smartphone today that are using Lithium-type batteries, rather than making them exclusive to gaming-centric phones.

Anonymous, 5 hours agoAnd also, phone batteries can last a lot more than that 2 years figure if they give up on all ... more Yeah right, we need to have the option to adjust the charging speeds on our own, and manufacturers should also inform every single smartphone user about the advantages and disadvantages of choosing faster or slower charging speeds, so as they could decide whatever fits their needs appropriately.

Anonymous, 2 hours ago This is the first phone of the company. What old charger are you talking about? You had no other phone before? Of course you had, you even have one now.

blue, 7 hours ago Don't cry and use your older charger. You don't need a piece of e-waste in every pack. This is the first phone of the company. What old charger are you talking about?

MobileGod, 9 hours ago GSMArena should stop posting about Nothing phones. It is irritating and nobody cares. Yes, so the biggest phone site doesn't know that no one cares? Get real, they know most people care that's why they publish these articles

That's the exact amount I expected. Carl Pei wouldn't risk splitting the battery in its first iteration. And he gets his 70% in 30 minutes that he introduced on the Oneplus phones.

Deal Breakers & cons; -33W slow charging ewl 65W faster & better -flat screen ewl curved better with side punchhole -tow low fingerprint position ouch upper display ✔️ -poor software support with bugs sh#t -too thick side bezels aaah! curved better

l'm interested more in IP ratings than charging speed but everyone's expectations are different.

Anonymoose, 10 hours agoRight. It won't be constantly charging at 33W, it's the peak rating. I have a USB-C ... more Yes it's actually a lot of other factors that do affect the amount of degradation on batteries. Warmer climates, temperatures while extensive use or while gaming can greatly affect batteries too. On top of that, charging it while gaming causes even more heat. 20 percentage battery loss even after 2 years is nothing impressive and the actual figure depending upon use can be much higher under the right conditions

Anonymous, 10 hours agoGuess you haven't used anything VOOC related if you think such a technology kills the bat... more Already have bought two OnePlus phones so far so I know their charging tech (VOOC, Dash) But no amount of optimisations or tricks can defy the rule that fast charging is after all, harmful to the batteries. It maybe lesser with safety measures but it's there
